KNMI warns of slippery conditions

Share

Sleet and snow continue to fall across the central and southern Netherlands today, with the Eindhoven region experiencing rain. These wintry conditions cause slippery surfaces on roads, cycle paths, and pavements. The weather institute KNMI advises driving slowly and treading cautiously on footpaths, bike paths, and driveways.

KNMI expect the snowfall to decrease in the afternoon. As temperatures rise, a thaw will set in across the region. Consequently, the slippery conditions are predicted to clear by the early afternoon.
