VodafoneZiggo boss also becomes CEO of Ziggo Group

Stephen van Rooyen will lead the new Ziggo Group while staying on as CEO of VodafoneZiggo. Liberty Global plans to complete the merger with Telenet this year and list the new company in Amsterdam next year. Jany Fruytier will join as Chief Financial Officer.

Transavia does not expect to cancel any more flights in the coming weeks

Record sum raised during Night Against Sexual Violence

Nearly 2,300 people took part in the fourth edition of Night against Sexual Violence in Rotterdam to raise awareness of street harassment. The charity walk raised a record sum of more than €320,000 to improve safety for girls and young women. Participants walked up to 20 kilometres through areas where women often feel unsafe.
