The Municipality of Eindhoven and ASML are inviting local families to the Philips Stadium on Saturday, 30 May, for the third edition of Brainport Kampioenen (champions). The event is designed to provide a memorable afternoon for children and families in the region who deserve a special day out.
The programme features a variety of activities for children aged 4 to 12, including football clinics, an obstacle course, and stadium tours. Attendees can also take photos with the PSV mascot, Phoxy, or take part in creative workshops. Organisers say the event offers plenty of entertainment even for those who are not football fans.
Janneke van Kessel, City Envoy for the Municipality of Eindhoven, said that the Brainport region belongs to everyone and that all residents should have the chance to share in its success. She noted that not everyone has the opportunity or means to attend such events, and that the initiative aims to provide a fun afternoon on the PSV pitch for families who could use support.
Marjolein de Hooge, Head of Corporate Social Engagement at ASML, added that the event gives families for whom a day out is not a certainty the chance to enjoy a carefree experience at the stadium.
To be eligible, families must have at least one child of primary school age and live in one of the 21 Brainport municipalities. Families can sign up themselves or nominate another family that they believe needs a relaxing outing.
Interested parties can visit events.asml.com/bk2026 for more information. A draw will determine who receives tickets, and the selected families will be notified by email on Wednesday, 6 May.
