At the Nightlife Debate in Eindhoven, eleven political parties agreed that the city needs more space and funding for nightlife. Many want higher cultural budgets and fewer red tape for organisers.

Activist group Dolle Mina releases carnival song against transgressive behaviour
Eindhoven activist group Dolle Mina has released a new carnival song calling for a safer, more respectful party culture. “Nie Graaie Mar Zwaaie” is a cheerful dialect sing-along that speaks out against groping during carnival. Singer Odet Rosenkrantz is also competing with the track in Omroep Brabant’s “Kies je Kraker” contest.
