Rotterdam introduces strict traffic measures
Rotterdam introduced special traffic measures to keep emergency routes clear. Several streets and parking garages will close on Thursday from 23:00. The closures include the Coolsingel, the Witte de Withstraat, and parts of the Meent and the Nieuwe Binnenweg.
These roads will remain closed until one hour after the match ends. Police will then ask supporters to end the street celebrations. The municipality wants to allow space for celebration but emphasizes that it must not continue too late. Officials stated that peace must return to the city because many residents have to work the next day.
